What you will be doing: TIG and MIG welding, ensuring that products are accurately manufactured in an effective and timely manner Working to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the business What you will need to succeed: Previous TIG / MIG Welding / fabricating experience essential Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach and eye for detail Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities. Excellent communication skills Good literacy skills and numeracy skills.
