A leading UK construction systems manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead its Framing Division, driving strategic growth across lightweight steel framing solutions including SFS and Metframe systems. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused construction professional with a strong track record in sales management, relationship development, and market growth within the construction sector.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the commercial performance of the Framing Division, leading a team of Regional Sales Managers while developing key contractor and subcontractor relationships across the UK. You will play a pivotal role in:
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and market share
- Developing strategy aligned with Building Safety Act requirements
- Managing and mentoring a national sales team
- Expanding key supply chain partnerships
- Identifying new market opportunities and product development initiatives
- Supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and CRM implementation
- Delivering accurate forecasting and commercial reporting
This role involves regular UK travel and a number of overnight stays each week.
