We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in Cirencester from September on a long-term basis. This role will involve supporting children within our pre-school and after school club, providing high-quality care and engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing throughout the day
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
- Be passionate about supporting children's development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain
