Thrive Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Swindon, which is looking to appoint a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) from the start of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The successful HLTA will join the Primary Division, working across Key Stages 1 & 2, and will be expected to support multiple classes as and where required. This is an ideal role for someone flexible, resilient, and passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive.
The school is committed to offering permanent contracts where the placement proves to be the right fit for both the staff member and the school.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering planned learning activities and interventions across KS1 and KS2
