Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds.
We're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and would like more flexibility around when and where they work.
Whether you're looking for a couple of days each week, regular term-time work or a longer-term placement, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
- Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
- Confidence supporting children's learning, development and play
- Good communication and teamwork
- Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings
- Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential
