Thrive Education is working with a lovely pre-school in Churchdown that is looking to welcome a new Early Years Practitioner to their team on a permanent basis.
/n
The setting has recently undergone a refurbishment, creating a fresh and welcoming environment for both the children and staff. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team who are passionate about providing children with a positive and nurturing start to their education.
/n
The Role
/n
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working within Early Years and wants to become a valued, long-term member of the setting.
/n
Your day-to-day role will include:
/n
/n
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play and planned activities
/n
- Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment
/n
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
/n
- Supporting observations and children's individual development
/n
- Working closely with the wider pre-school team
/n
- Bringing plenty of enthusiasm, patience and positivity to the setting!
/n
/n
We're Looking For Someone Who:
/n
/n
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification – Level 3 desirable
/n
- Has previous experience working within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
/n
- Is reliable, caring and confident working as part of a team
/n
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development
/n
- Is looking for a permanent position where they can settle into a setting and become part of the team
/n
