We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as an Unqualified Early Years Practitioner. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day care and supervision of children.
- Assist with activities that encourage children's communication, social, physical and creative development.
- Help children with daily routines, including mealtimes, transitions, tidying up and personal care where appropriate.
- Prepare learning areas and resources, ensuring rooms are clean, organised and ready for use.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety throughout the setting.
- Observe children's development and share relevant information with colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, child protection and nursery policies at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and team members.
