The Role
/n

As an Early Years Assistant, you'll support children in their learning and development while helping nursery teams provide a safe, engaging and nurturing environment. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience.
/n
Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Supporting children through play and learning activities.
/n
- Assisting with daily routines, including snack times and outdoor play.
/n
- Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
/n
- Working alongside nursery staff to provide high-quality childcare.
/n
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school, school or childcare setting.
/n
- A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
/n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
/n
- Flexibility to work across different settings.
/n
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
/n
/n
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is beneficial but not essential.
/n
