Salary: Ranging from £90-£105 inclusive of holiday pay

What You’ll Do

  • Support pupils’ learning and development in mainstream, SEND and alternative provision settings
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their potential
  • Help uphold high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding for all learners
  • Bring empathy, patience and adaptability to every interaction

Who We’re Looking For

  • Are committed in helping young people "thrive" academically, socially and emotionally
  • Have experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
  • Communicate clearly, work as part of a team and act with professionalism
  • Are flexible in approach and willing to adapt to different school environments
  • Share Thrive’s commitment to quality, partnership and making a positive impact in education

Desirable but not essential:

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)
  • Experience in SEN / SEMH or alternative provision settings
