Thrive Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in a specialist education setting located in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are looking for flexible, rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs
- Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Implement individual support strategies and behaviour plans
