Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a Lead Practitioner (Room Leader) for our Thrive Weston Village nursery. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, paying £14.20 per hour, located on site at Thrive Weston Village.
The successful candidate will oversee daily nursery operations, lead a team of practitioners, and ensure delivery of high‑quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years in a nurturing environment.
