As an Early Years Support Worker, youll have the opportunity to engage with children in both indoor and outdoor settings, creating stimulating and inspiring learning experiences that support their academic, social, and emotional development. What Youll Do
- Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
What Were Looking For
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Teamwork and reliability
- Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
