Job Overview
We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Astley Nature Kindergarten. You will support children’s development through planning and delivering engaging activities, maintain open communication with families, adhere to regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct activities that support children’s development.
- Collaborate closely with families and maintain open communication about children’s progress and well‑being.
- Adhere to regulations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Support children to explore, learn, and flourish independently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent, in line with government guidelines.
- Experience working with young children is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Committed to child safety and well‑being.

Location & Hours
Astley Nature Kindergarten – a detached house with free on‑site parking, over an acre of land, and a large, airy indoor space. Part‑time and full‑time hours available.
Salary
£13.55 per hour (Level 3).
