Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Available

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Level 2) - £13.75 per hour (Level 3)

Job Description:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you are at the heart of everything we do, supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing nursery environment. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Corner House Audley Road, Stoke-on-Trent. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
  • Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
  • Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
