About The Role: As an Outdoor Learning Lead, you will create outdoor learning environments that inspire and uplift. Actively promote the ethos of Nature Kindergarten to parents and visitors, fostering a positive atmosphere. Lead by example daily, delivering engaging outdoor sessions that spark curiosity and excitement. Participate in regular networking activities with other Nature Kindergarten Leaders to exchange ideas and best practices. Foster independence, critical thinking, and teamwork among children. Provide experiences that support children's development and give them a strong foundation for life.
