Nursery Support
Required at : Thrive Childcare and Education in Glasgow!
40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)
Salary : £36,000 – £38,000 Per Annum
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Support professional to assist multiple nurseries, working closely with Nursery Managers and the Regional Manager. Your responsibilities will include supporting business management procedures, handling enquiries, and driving continuous improvement in nursery standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills who is passionate about early years education and ready to make a broader impact across multiple settings. Essential Criteria
The successful candidate should hold a SCQF Level 7 or above qualification in Childhood Practice or equivalent, and ideally be working towards or already hold a BA in Childhood Practice or a SCQF Level 9 leadership qualification. You should also have at least two years’ experience in a leadership role with children aged 0–5 years, along with experience in leading high-quality early learning and childcare provision.
