Base Pay Range

Nursery Support

Required at: Thrive Childcare and Education in Glasgow

40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 Per Annum

Responsibilities

  • Assist multiple nurseries, working closely with Nursery Managers and the Regional Manager.
  • Support business management procedures, handle enquiries, and drive continuous improvement in nursery standards.

Essential Criteria

  • SCQF Level 7 or above qualification in Childhood Practice or equivalent; ideally working towards or holding a BA in Childhood Practice or SCQF Level 9 leadership qualification.
  • At least two years’ experience in a leadership role with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Experience in leading high-quality early learning and childcare provision.
