Position: Nursery Support
Location: Thrive Childcare and Education in Glasgow
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Support professional to assist multiple nurseries, working closely with Nursery Managers and the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include supporting business management procedures, handling enquiries, and improving nursery standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills passionate about early years education and interested in making an impact across multiple settings.

The ideal candidate should hold a SCQF Level 7 qualification in Childhood Practice or equivalent, preferably working towards or holding a BA in Childhood Practice or SCQF Level 9 leadership qualification. At least two years' leadership experience with children aged 0–5 years and experience in high-quality early learning and childcare are required.
