About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Co-Ordinator to join our team, with a strong focus on recruitment compliance. In this role, you will support the Talent Coordinator across England and Scotland by assisting with reference chasing, job postings, and vacancy refreshing, while ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
You will be responsible for overseeing pre-employment checks, including Right to Work and references, and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed and returned before prospective candidates commence employment. Working closely with hiring managers, you will help maintain accurate records and support a smooth and compliant recruitment process across the business.
Previous experience in a recruitment or compliance-focused role and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is essential, alongside a good understanding of relevant employment legislation. To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-focused, and approachable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
