We are looking for a People Co-Ordinator to join our People Team here at Thrive Childcare and Education! In this role, you will support the People Team by delivering people-focused administration and providing first-level advice and support on post-employment matters, in line with Thrive Childcare & Education’s policies, procedures, values and strategies.
You will bring strong administrative skills and be responsible for completing contract changes, processing new starters in partnership with payroll, managing People inboxes, and ensuring all colleague data is accurately recorded, securely stored, and regularly cleansed.
