As a Nursery Apprentice, you will assist in the care and development of young children in our amazing nursery whilst gaining your Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years. You will assist senior staff in arranging activities, ensuring safety and observing children\’s behavior, all while following nursery guidelines. Furthermore, you will partake in training sessions to improve your skills in Childcare and Early Childhood Education. As an Apprentice within Thrive, we are committed to making sure that you receive the best training throughout your apprenticeship, where you will join our long‑standing, experienced teams to deliver every day with passion.
