About the Role

As a Nursery Cook you will be responsible for preparing simple, nutritious and appealing meals for our young children, encouraging healthy eating habits from an early age. These will include breakfast, mid‑morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and tea. Two of these meals will be hot. You will work in a well‑aerated, fully functional kitchen paying regard to strict Health and Safety standards throughout the food preparation process, ensuring that all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic environment. Additionally, you will oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring it meets the highest standards of sanitation.

Rate & Hours

Rate: £13.25 per hour (30 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am–2 pm).
