Job Overview
We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our amazing team at Thrive Cotton Lane. As a Nursery Manager, you will provide high quality childcare to the local community and oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the nursery to the highest standards. Essential Criteria
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (as recognised by the DfE)
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Confidence in leading a team to deliver high‑quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
