Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Available
Salary: 13.45 per hour (Level 2) 13.75 per hour (Level 3)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicatedEarly Years Practitioner to join our team at Corner House Lawton Road, Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.
As anEarly Years Practitioner , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.
Key Responsibilities Early Years Practitioner
As anEarly Years Practitioner , you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support childrens learning, development, and school readiness
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Observe, assess, and track childrens progress
- Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
- Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
