At Thrive, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued and understood.
Our home is more than somewhere to stay. It's a place where children and young people can feel secure, be themselves and take things one step at a time.

Whether you're with us for a little while or a long time, we'll help you feel settled, grow in confidence, and figure out what's next your way, in your time.
We're proud to stand by Scotland's Promise, and even prouder of the relationships we build the kind that feel like family.

Although this is a night-duty position, the role involves much more than simply being present overnight. You'll contribute to the overall care and wellbeing of the children, respond appropriately to their individual needs and ensure they receive the support and care they need throughout their stay.
