The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for Merchandising & CRO. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual obsessed with conversion, UX, and the customer journey. You will take ownership for the look, feel, and performance of the companies online store, managing PDPs, product merchandising, and onsite testing to increase conversion rate and average order value (AOV). Key Responsibilities- Lead site merchandising and CRO strategy across Ecommerce platforms.
- Plan, launch, and analyse A/B tests to improve CVR, AOV, and checkout performance.
- Manage product display pages (PDPs), imagery, copy, and hierarchy to maximise sales.
- Partner with the creative team to enhance UX and brand storytelling across the site.
- Implement merchandising calendars for launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with dev and analytics teams to identify and fix drop-offs in the conversion funnel.
- Track and report on key metrics β CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and product performance.
- Ownership of the site experience β from design to data.
