Talent and Acquisition Manager with an expertise in recruiting technology candidates. Exciting opportunity for a Talent and Acquisition Manager for a high growth SAAS business based in Manchester. A newly created opportunity where the incoming candidate will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, developing recruitment strategies and leading employer branding initiatives. A crucial role where you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting and hiring the best candidates to enable the business to continue its growth.
Responsibilities
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Work closely with Hiring managers
- Develop talent strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives and work with the Marketing team to deliver them
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Advertise vacancies, utilising multiple sourcing channels, understanding and analysing the most effective
- Pro-actively approach ideal candidates
- Perform and conduct recruitment and selection process, to assess candidate suitability
- Create shortlist for the hiring manager, manage interview process, feedback and offers
- Manage relationships with external parties, such as external recruitment agencies
- Creating pipelines for the future within key skillsets
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualification and Experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment of individuals within technology
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies, stakeholders and candidates
