As the SEO Specialist you will own the brand's search strategy and drive growth in organic visibility, traffic, and revenue. You will manage both Amazon SEO and on-site optimisation, working across content, backlinks, and technical SEO to increase share of key search terms in a competitive marketplace. This role will be ideal for an individual who loves data, content, and continuous improvement and has a mix of analytical precision and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the brand's SEO strategy across Amazon and web.
  • Optimise listings, titles, and content for Amazon search and ranking performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage technical SEO audits, ensuring site speed, mobile performance, and crawlability.
  • Collaborate with content, dev, and brand teams to align SEO with wider marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all pages are entity-modelled for AI search and SGE surfaces—clear relationships, definitions, attributes, FAQs, and structured info.
  • Conduct regular technical audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console.
  • Oversee onsite optimisations - H1s, metas, internal linking, canonical logic, and improved collection taxonomy.
  • Maintain automated alerts for ranking shifts, cannibalisation, indexing drops, and broken page logic.
  • Build backlink strategies and optimise metadata and schema for improved visibility.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and share of search.
