Exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive for a fast paced Creative Service business in the Preston area. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a SME working closely with customers and collaborating with all departments within the business. Duties and responsibilities include: * Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone, email, web platform, live chat and social channels and converting to sales. * Building a qualifying pipeline leading to sales conversion. * Establishing the customers' requirements through building rapport and using effective questioning whilst upholding our Fun Expert Values. * Solution finding, concept building producing quotes and proposals in line with needs. * Identifying upsell opportunities whilst providing a high level of customer service.
