An excellent opportunity to join a well respected Wealth Planning business based in Alderley Edge. You will be responsible for day-to-day administration involved in servicing clients and writing new business. You will work closely with a financial planner and associate financial planner to service a defined client bank.
Duties Include:
- Ensuring that all company processes are adhered to.
- Ensuring that all communications are recorded and indexed in the document management system (SharePoint).
- Ensuring immaculate and up-to-date records on the back-office system (Curo).
- Managing and maintaining a task list within Curo and Outlook.
- New business processing, completing forms and submitting to financial product providers.
- Producing valuations.
- Production of Annual Planning Meeting (APM) preparation pack.
- General administration and processing.
You must have strong attention to detail and proven experience within a Financial Advisory Firm.
