As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, results-orientated Appointment Setter with at least two years' experience in high-volume outbound calling to help expand our reach across key sectors in Ireland, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and public services.

Location: Remote (Occasional visits to the Belfast Office)

Contract: Full-Time

The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Salary: £30,000 base salary, with an OTE of £50,000

This is a pure appointment-setting role focused on volume, speed, and conversion. You will be provided with:

  • A continuous flow of 'warm' contacts who have already engaged with the company website or are known to be a good fit potential client for the business
  • Full set-up kit including telephony, CRM software etc.
  • Tailored induction training programme on the company's services, clients, benefits etc. plus regular support and mentoring to help you succeed

You will be responsible for:

  • Calling high volumes of warm prospects daily (80-120 attempted calls per day expected)
  • Following up on marketing-generated leads and website visitors, as directed
  • Converting interest into qualified 15 minutes discovery meetings booked directly into the CEO's calendar

This is not a passive inbound role. It requires relentless follow-up, confidence on the phone, and the ability to secure meetings consistently.

What you'll be doing:

  • Making 80-120 outbound calls per day to warm and engaged prospects
  • Follow up with targeted emails and LinkedIn messages (less than 20% of your time)
  • Convert marketing interest into booked demos or discovery calls
  • Handle initial objections and confidently drive toward a booked meeting wherever possible
  • Maintain basic accurate activity tracking in Zoho CRM
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets

What we're looking for (Essential):

  • Minimum two plus years experience in high-volume outbound calling (You must be comfortable contacting 80-100 prospects per day)
  • Proven ability to book appointments consistently from outbound activity
  • Strong, confident phone presence with the ability to control conversations, listen to and empathise with clients, and encourage them to engage in a short no-obligation follow-up meeting
  • High resilience, comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up
  • Ability to move quickly and operate in a target-driven environment

Highly desirable:

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or other appointment setting roles
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
  • Experience working with marketing-generated or intent-based leads

What success looks like:

  • 80 - 120 outbound calls per day
  • Consistently booking qualified meetings every week ideally 4-5 meetings per week
  • High conversion from conversation to appointment
  • Strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
