About us

Thrive and Shine Women's Wellness Ltd is a women's health physiotherapy clinic based in Winscombe, North Somerset.

Alongside specialist physiotherapy services, we provide small, physio-led Clinical Pilates classes for both women and men.

Our classes focus on helping people move better, become stronger and stay active, particularly those with pain, stiffness, injury or reduced confidence in movement.

We pride ourselves on creating welcoming, friendly classes where clients receive individual guidance and feel supported, whatever their starting point.

The role

Initially, the role will involve providing cover for existing evening Clinical Pilates classes during holidays, illness and planned leave.

As the clinic grows, there is the opportunity to develop into teaching your own regular weekly classes and, where mutually agreed, providing occasional daytime cover.

You will be responsible for delivering safe, enjoyable and clinically appropriate classes while maintaining the friendly and supportive atmosphere our clients value.
