Thriplow CofE Primary School, part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking to appoint a Full-Time Key Stage 2 Class Teacher.

Payscale: Mainscale 100% per week

Commencing: September 2026

Thriplow CofE Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals.

About You

  • Have experience of working as a Class Teacher in a primary school
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
  • Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
  • Be able to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to use their initiative
  • Be able to work flexibly and professionally

About Role

We are looking for an experienced Class Teacher to join our team, working 100% per week. The purpose of this role is to work alongside colleagues in planning, preparing and supporting the teaching and learning of all pupils in your care.
