Responsibilities

• Provide tax and estate planning advice to a broad range of clients, including high net worth and ultra‑high net worth individuals.
• Work closely with farmers and business owners on succession planning.
• Manage complex probate and estate administration matters.
• Advise on the creation, restructuring and winding‑up of trusts.
• Provide advice on Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with higher rights.
• Significant experience in tax and estate planning, probate and estate administration.
• Experience advising on the creation, restructuring and winding‑up of trusts.
• Experience with Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Desirable: Experience advising farmers and business owners on succession planning.
• Strong leadership skills, able to supervise and nurture junior staff.
• Strong business development skills and ability to generate referrals.
• Exemplary client service skills.
• Ability to work alongside other teams holistically.
• Good communication skills.
• STEP Membership or working towards it.
