At Thrings LLP, our nationally recognised Agriculture team has been at the forefront of rural law for decades. We are now looking for a like-minded Associate to join our non-contentious agricultural property practice.
You’ll work alongside legal experts trusted by generations of farmers, landowners, and landed estates, advising on the full spectrum of rural transactions with clarity and care.
About the Role
As a member of Thrings’ Agricultural team, you will:
- Act for farming families, estates, and agri-businesses, with a key focus on property aspects relating to estate planning, succession and restructuring, farm sales and purchases
- Handle estate management and agricultural tenancy issues, including AHA and FBT matters
- Support rural diversification and commercial ventures on agricultural land
- Build relationships with longstanding clients through clear, practical, and timely advice
- Work within a collaborative team that includes recognised leaders in the sector
About You
You’ll likely be:
- A solicitor with 3+ years PQE and solid experience in non-contentious rural/agricultural property work
- Someone who values clear, empathetic client communication and long-term relationships
