We are looking for an Associate to join the Commercial Team in our Swindon office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a range of clients from a variety of industries including Manufacturing, FMCG and Defence and Aerospace. It is anticipated that you will have excellent technical skills and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as: IT Contracts Franchise agreements and supporting documents General commercial contract drafting and reviews Knowledge of IP licensing Whilst this role is based in Swindon there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.
