This role offers hybrid working. We welcome flexible working requests and are happy to discuss individual arrangements. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, excluding public bank holidays. The role is available full-time and on a permanent contract.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive New Business Sales Manager who brings energy, commercial talent, and strong market understanding to engage with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands. You will be responsible for winning new customers and supporting the delivery of high-impact programmes that help organisations build truly inclusive workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders across target organisations
- Build, manage, and progress a strong sales pipeline
- Co-create tailored programmes with internal experts
- Deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Lead negotiations and close new business deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Act as a customer advocate in shaping new initiatives
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships where required
