You will be tasked with processing vehicle-related fines and recharging them to retail customers and corporate clients. This will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department through your effective administration.
Your main duties will be:
- Receiving telephone queries and resolving them in a calm and professional manner
- Paying fines on time and accurately
- Invoicing fines to company drivers
- Taking payments over the phone
- Uploading fines to Clients bespoke systems
- Scanning and logging fines
