Are you looking for a role within the Credit Control department? This may be the role for you! On-the-job training provided. As a Fines and Penalties Administrator, you will be responsible for progressing vehicle related fines and penalties, recharging to retail and corporate customers and working with our Credit Controllers to help ensure the smooth running of the department through effective administration.

About you
- Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Strong keyboard skills.
- Able to focus and work to deadlines.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Work as a part of the team with a confident and can-do attitude.
- Understanding or Credit Control preferred but training can be supplied.
- Experience of using portals advantageous, full training will be supplied.
How will your days look?
- Scanning and logging fines.
- Paying fines on time with accuracy.
- Raising invoices.
- Taking card payments over the phone.
- Uploading fines to Clients bespoke systems.
- Transferring as required.
- Receiving telephone queries and resolving them in a calm and professional manner.
- Assisting with queries in-box.
- Checking information.
This role is 37.5 hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Flexible start times are dependent on the teams requirements.
