As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers throughout their car rental journey.   • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery and collection of rental vehicles to and from designated locations
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails

  • Work within Service Level Agreements to ensure the branch meets all its KPI objectives
