Are you an experienced New Build Mortgage adviser? Threshold Financial Services Ltd are on the lookout for a new Mortgage adviser to join their expanding New Build team. If you are based in and around Cardiff, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Swindon or Reading this is a great opportunity.
As a Mortgage adviser in the new build team, you will be working in a fast-growing, industry-leading team that is going from strength to strength. With all leads provided, you will be working with a number of new build sites across the South West to deal with incoming enquiries and qualifying prospective buyers. You will provide advice across mortgages and protection and work in partnership with the admin team to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
This is an employed, hybrid role. You will be required to visit our New Build sites local to you, and you will also be required to work weekend shifts per month.
Benefits:- A basic Salary of £30,000 or £36,000 depending on experience and weekend shift pattern
- Monthly commission paid on all bankings

- CeMAP or equivalent is essential
