With head offices in Southampton they have expanded to Dartford and Exeter to meet demand and continue to grow.
About the Role
As a protection specialist in a busy mortgage team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients secure their futures. Working alongside mortgage advisers, you’ll provide tailored protection solutions, explain options with clarity, and ensure families are safeguarded with the right cover. It’s a fast paced, client facing role where your expertise makes a real difference every day.
The benefits for a Protection specialist:
- Basic Salary of £26,000 plus commission.
- Monthly commission payments with OTE of £38,000.

Your responsibilities as a Protection specialist will include:
- Working with mortgage advisers to build trust and grow referrals.
