Threlkeld Village Coffee Shop is a thriving community-owned business at the heart of one of the northern Lake District's most popular villages. Following significant investment in our kitchen and bakery facilities, we are seeking an enthusiastic Café Manager & Lead Baker to help take it to the next level.

You will have experience in hospitality management, strong baking skills, excellent customer service and the ability to lead and inspire a small team.

  • Permanent contract with a salary of £34,000–£38,500 depending on experience.
  • Performance related bonus.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata).
  • Full‑time preferred, although part‑time, job‑share and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
