Generation is VodafoneThree’s award winning in‑house creative agency. Set up in 2021, we have gone from strength to strength, earning the trust of the business and gaining recognition from both internal teams and the wider creative industry. A strong creative in‑house team is pivotal to this.
We need a solo creative, with excellent conceptual, visual skills and copywriting skills, to help realise our creative ambitions for the brand, by generating and guiding creative, design and production work. This role will work as a solo creative reporting to the Creative Director, and you will be expected to collaborate with the other members of the team. Success will be an extension of the IHA’s remit over time, taking on higher profile briefs as we prove our capability to the business. The right candidate will be up for that challenge and will give as much love to digital retail promotions and always‑on social content as to above‑the‑line advertising.
What you’ll do:
- Create the conditions for success within the in‑house agency.
- Contribute to delivering our creative ambitions across the brand portfolio, working alongside the In‑House Agency plan and drawing on your creative expertise, experience and perspective.
- Help define and interpret the brand.
- Contribute to high‑quality creative work.
- Support and develop visual standards.
- Collaborate across teams and partners.
- Support an effective and efficient in‑house agency.
Qualifications Who you are:
- Significant experience working as a creative, including independently leading projects or delivering work autonomously.
- Experience within an agency or similar creative environment is valued, with an understanding of how collaborative creative teams operate.
- Experience supporting and collaborating with more junior creatives in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to high‑quality output across channels such as Above the Line, Social and Retail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative work, problem‑solving approach and ability to respond to a range of briefs.
- Experience contributing to successful creative outcomes, whether individually or as part of a wider team.
- Engagement with the wider creative industry is welcomed.
