Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for VodafoneThree applications (Yext & SCIO), defining and delivering Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities aligned to business objectives, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation goals.
  • Ensure KM platforms drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance, continuously assessing performance, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to evolve the roadmap.
  • Act as Product Owner for KM platforms, accountable for backlog prioritisation, feature definition, and delivering measurable business value.
  • Own and govern business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned to wider system initiatives, while acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Provide functional and technical sign‑off and partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Product roles.
  • Experience working with Knowledge Management platforms (e.g. content, search, AI‑assisted knowledge, self‑service, or case management tools).
  • Experience operating within large‑scale or enterprise system landscapes.
  • Background working closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
