Location: Reading + Hybrid working

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – core hours between 10.00am and 4.00pm

Job Description

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of SMARTY’s mission to deliver simple, honest mobile. Working alongside the Senior Revenue & Retention Manager and the Retention Specialist, you’ll help shape and achieve ambitious revenue and retention goals. You’ll support commercial programs and tactical activity, primarily through base management, ensuring every initiative reflects SMARTY’s brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Help to create and coordinate revenue and retention performance, and report it to all key stakeholders
  • Monetise the launch of new and existing propositions through base management, including Add-on sales, international calling, etc.
  • Manage the in-life revenue and retention of key base programmes, including upsell, upgrade and cross sell programmes
  • Explore all options to create new Revenue and Retention opportunities
  • Ownership of Refer A Friend and Groups 1.0 and 2.0 performance
  • Manage and own SMARTY’S revenue driving KPIs: ARPU and Total Revenue

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a commercial, P&L, or CRM role
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to support business cases, forecasting, and reporting results
  • Strategic mindset, able to deliver immediate priorities while planning effectively for the future
  • Experience working with customer bases and a clear understanding of the importance of CVM and CRM
  • Collaboration with Marketing CRM teams, or prior experience in Marketing/CRM functions
  • Proven ability to manage propositions and products in-life, optimising and monetising them to achieve commercial success
