Overview: VodafoneThree is building the UK’s best network to close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress. As the Commercial Finance Lead for Three Trading, you will support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in improving consumer IRO performance and championing data‑driven commercial decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial support: Partner with Vodafone trading teams (Mobile & MBB) to improve IRO results. Monitor KPIs such as inflow volumes and rates, handset/SIM mix, value before/after upgrade, churn, outflow rates.
  • Trading cadence: Participate in weekly trading cycles (Investment Forums, Pre‑Trading, Trading meetings).
  • Business casing: Review business cases for Three across IRO. Provide financial intelligence and challenge tactical proposals, promotions and device launches. Deliver consistent financial templates.
  • Post‑Implementation Reviews: Analyse post‑implementation reviews, capture learnings from historic price changes or promotions.
  • Performance optimisation: Continuously monitor performance, provide actionable insights.
  • Trading analysis: Deliver routine month‑end, week‑on‑week, year‑on‑year variance analysis and ad‑hoc reviews.
  • Forecasting integrity: Scrutinise volume and rate forecasts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Weekly outlooks: Manage outlook process and align with commercial teams.
  • Risks & opportunities: Identify R&O for Three.
