Hybrid Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

The Proposition Specialist is a hands-on role supporting the development, build, and delivery of Three Mobile propositions. Reporting to the Proposition Manager, this role helps develop, build, and execute initiatives across tariffs, offers, and Value-Added Services, ensuring propositions meet customer needs, deliver commercial outcomes, and are successfully launched and serviced across all channels. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives on delivery, problem-solving, and collaboration, supporting both new and live propositions to achieve customer and business goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the development and build of mobile propositions, including tariffs, offers, and Value-Added Services.
- Help ensure propositions meet customer needs, brand priorities, and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the optimisation of live propositions, improving customer journeys, commercial performance, and CX outcomes.
- Help implement improvements to proposition journeys in partnership with CX and Operations teams.
- Support initiatives to reduce complaints, friction points, and customer effort.
- Assist in the delivery of commercial initiatives and campaigns alongside Trading, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams.
- Help build and execute GTM plans, supporting operational readiness and successful launches.
- Contribute to the delivery of promotions and enhancements to support commercial targets.
- Help monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform proposition decisions.
- Assist in producing insight-driven recommendations for proposition enhancements and prioritisation.
- Contribute to proposition-side build, testing, and configuration for transformation programmes.
- Support smooth delivery of proposition changes with minimal disruption to customer experience or operations.
- Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to deliver propositions on time and in line with regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Help prepare updates for governance forums, reporting progress, risks, and key outcomes.
- Act as a reliable and flexible team player, supporting the Proposition Lead and Senior Manager in achieving their objectives.
- Share progress, issues, and learnings clearly across the team and stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and best practice to help improve team ways of working.
Qualifications Who You Are:
- Experience in proposition support, product, or commercial delivery roles.
- Understanding customer needs, commercial outcomes, and channel operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery tasks effectively.
- Comfortable producing accurate reports, tracking KPIs, and raising issues as needed.
- Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Exposure to GTM planning, launch execution, and operational readiness.
- Familiarity with transformation programmes or platform migrations.
