This role works with SMARTY’s P&L and propositions manager to drive incremental revenue from SMARTY’s existing customer base. Optimising the performance of existing propositions such as Refer a Friend and groups, as well as achieving P&L targets for Margin through base up-sell, upgrade and cross-sell programs. Working closely with the CVM team to build effective sales campaigns.
What you will do:
- Monetise the launch of new and existing propositions through base management, including Add-on sales, international calling, etc.
- Manage the in-life revenue & retention KPI’s of base programs, including upsell, upgrade and cross-sell programs.
- Explore all options to create new revenue & retention opportunities for SMARTY, business-casing them to gain approval.
- Ownership of Refer A Friend and Groups 1.0 & 2.0 performance.
- Manage and own SMARTY's revenue-driving KPIs: ARPU and Total Revenue.
- Work with P&L and Retention analysts on analytics to drive optimum results, forecast activity and build in necessary mitigations to achieve P&L targets.
- Help to create and coordinate SMARTY’s revenue performance, reporting performance to all key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with CRM (& other key stakeholders) to create compelling, on-brand base management plans.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyse data from multiple sources to identify key trends and themes, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience of identifying opportunities to drive revenue, work to build compelling business cases and ability to launch and optimize new propositions that result in P&L achievement.
- Experience of coordinating compelling campaigns that engage customers and drive revenue.
- Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good collaboration skills and ability to present insight in a meaningful way that inspires action.
