This role supports the prioritization, planning and coordination of all new, in‑flight and backlogged demand across SMARTY.
Location: Newbury + Hybrid working
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon – Fri
- Support in the creation, administration and governance of the SMARTY delivery processes and control gates.
- Support all new demand submission, prioritization and review activities ensuring adherence to delivery processes and SLAs as well as demand submission quality.
- Support the Programme Manager in the creation and maintenance of the SMARTY wide delivery plan, and the creation of all SMARTY program delivery reporting, working closely with the SMARTY Project and Delivery Managers.
- Support Project Managers in the delivery of SMARTY projects as required.
- Support cyclical planning activities and workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management delivery frameworks.
- Experience in fast paced scale up desired.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced changing environment that shows flexibility, resiliency, self‑awareness and ability to support other team members.
- Strong ability to multi‑task whilst working with varied timelines/deadlines and monitoring multiple KPIs.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in recording and reporting.
