This role will play a critical part in understanding customer behaviour, optimising digital journeys, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and digital containment.

What you’ll do

  • Reporting & Visualisation: Own and evolve regular performance reporting (weekly/monthly), building and maintaining repeatable dashboards using appropriate tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), driving self-serve across the business. Identifying trends, opportunities and risks using data from multiple sources (e.g. Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Salesforce, sales/service agent data). Translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders across Business Digital and wider teams (e.g. Commercial). Proactively surfacing opportunities to improve conversion, reduce drop-off and increase digital containment.
  • Customer Journey & Optimisation: Work across the Business Digital team to support analysis of customer journeys to inform A/B testing and CRO strategies, supporting backlog prioritisation by quantifying impact and opportunity size and tracking the performance of digital initiatives and experiments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the Business and Consumer data & analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and tagging across digital journeys, maintaining data quality and consistency across reporting, ensuring compliance with data governance, and staying up to date with best practices in digital analytics extracting maximum value from the tools we invest in. Act as a key partner to stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear, compelling way, influencing decision-making by linking insight directly to commercial outcomes. Build strong relationships to ensure insight is embedded in day-to-day decision making.
